Each printed card has a QR code. Anyone can scan it to see the card is genuine, without seeing any marks.

Make report cards for several schools?
Open one agent account and run every school you serve from it. Each school keeps its own setup, design and marks, and pays its own term at the same prices. You charge the school for your service as you do today.
- Make your account. Choose “An agent” when you sign up. No school is needed yet.
- Add each school when it suits you: its own details, classes, learners and design.
- Switch between schools from one list, with each school’s paid or not-paid status.
- Each school pays its own term, by its size. There is nothing else to pay.
What schools ask us
Do we need fast internet?
No. The app works well on ordinary connections and keeps what you type if the connection drops. Printing needs the internet, because the cards are made on our servers.
Do teachers need to install anything?
No. Teachers type marks into a Google Sheet on their phone or computer. Only the people who set up and print, such as the Director of Studies or the secretary, use the app.
Can we keep our own report card layout?
Yes. Start from the design closest to yours, then move, restyle, rename, hide or add any part: your crest, motto, marks table, comments, grading key and signatures.
We use our own grading and divisions. Is that possible?
Yes. Grades, points, divisions, the number of best subjects and the MOT and EOT weights are all set by your school.
What do we pay if we have 1,000 learners?
UGX 90,000 a term, or less with the whole-year discount. See the price list above; schools with more than 1,000 learners pay 60 shillings for each extra learner.
Is our learners’ data safe?
Each school can only see its own data. We keep only what the card needs, photos print only with recorded consent, and every change to a mark is logged. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Sign up, set up your school, design your card and check every learner’s card for free. You pay for a term only when you are ready to print it.
